Law Firm Kutle\u0161a & \u017dakula was established in 2021. by founding partners \u2013 attorneys Mirko Kutle\u0161a and Zoran \u017dakula.<\/p>\n

The founders of the company were formerly employed in a top tier law firm in Zagreb, where they acquired the comprehensive experience and in most fields of law: business law, corporate law, dispute resolution, civil law, labour law, real estate law, bankruptcy law, enforcement law, due diligence, and in purchase of claims.<\/p>\n

Our Law Firm is dedicated to continuous professional development and improvement – both founders completed post-graduate studies (LL.M.) at the E\u00f6tv\u00f6s Lor\u00e1nd University in Budapest, with specialization in the area of European law and international business law.<\/p>\n

Our goal is to promptly provide quality and comprehensive legal support to our clients in their daily business and business development, project management and dispute resolution. In our business we apply an interdisciplinary approach with coherent cooperation with renowned experts in various fields of business. In order to achieve the highest quality level of our services, we follow two basic principles of business: providing innovative legal solutions, while respecting the highest standards of professional ethics.<\/p>\n

We provide legal services in most fields of law, while also connecting clients with experts from other areas necessary for the development of their business: accounting services, surveyors, architects and designers, auditors, financial and tax experts.<\/p>\n

Our clients are domestic and foreign private persons and legal entities, who come from different business sectors: IT, tourism, construction, catering, cosmetics, transport, finance, health, social care, public service providers, debt collectors.<\/p>\n
